Kanakia Spaces

You can find us at A/ 102 in the Kalika Co-Op Housing Society. It's in Mumbai, right in the middle of everything. Working out of a housing society means we have to be mindful of the neighbors. We can't make too much noise. The office is basically an apartment that we turned into a workspace. It feels more like a home than a corporate office. We have a kitchen where we boil water for coffee and a small balcony where we take breaks. The space is filled with folders and old site plans. We handle various property matters from here. Mumbai is always loud, so there’s a constant hum of traffic coming through the windows. We don't have fancy leather chairs or glass desks. We just use what we have. It’s a practical setup for a small team. We spend a lot of time traveling to different sites across Maharashtra. The trains are usually how we get around because the traffic is too much. We don't have a marketing budget or anyone to manage a website. We just rely on people knowing us. It’s a straightforward way to live and work. Some days are slow and some are incredibly busy. We just take it as it comes. It's not a polished life, but it works for us. We've been here long enough that we feel like part of the building.
