Our office is down in Dahisar West, located in the Janjagruti Society on L.B.S Nagar. We are in Room No. 26. The Kandarpada area is a nice spot, and being part of a society like this makes the workday feel a bit more grounded. It’s a modest little place we have here. We don’t have any big signs or flashing lights, just our name on the door and a lot of work waiting inside. Most of our time is dedicated to the planning and administrative side of property development. We have folders for every project, and they take up most of the shelf space. It’s a lot of reading through contracts and checking construction schedules. Sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit loud, but we’re used to it by now. It’s just part of the Mumbai experience. We have a routine that involves a lot of coffee and a lot of talking to vendors. We aren't here to make big promises; we just try to get the buildings finished without too many hiccups. People from the society often say hello when they walk past, which is nice. It makes the office feel like part of the neighborhood. We don't have a massive staff, so everyone knows exactly what needs to be done. We just keep our heads down and focus on making sure the projects are moving in the right direction. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy.
