We are located in the 400068 area of Mumbai, which covers quite a bit of ground around Dahisar. It’s a lively part of the city to be in, and there is always something happening right outside our door. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we manage the various bits and pieces of our real estate work. We spend a lot of time on the logistics of different projects, which involves a massive amount of paperwork. You wouldn’t believe how many forms and documents go into a single building. We have stacks of files everywhere, but we managed to find a system that works for us. Some days are spent entirely on the phone, while other days we are quiet, just poring over technical drawings and schedules. We’ve been operating in Maharashtra for a long time, so we’ve seen the market go up and down. We don't really do the whole polished corporate thing. We prefer to keep things simple and just focus on the task at hand. If there is a problem at a site, we deal with it. If a client has a question about their paperwork, we look for the answer. It’s just about being reliable and staying on top of the details. Our team is small, but we’ve all been doing this long enough to know what we’re doing. It’s a decent way to spend the day.
