We are based out of Sunilnagar in Dombiwali East. Specifically, you can find us at Pravin Goel’s place, Flat E-002 on the ground floor. Being on the ground floor is quite lucky because we don’t have to deal with the elevators and it’s easy for people to drop off documents. The Kalyan area is always buzzing with activity, and our office is no different. We handle the local side of things for Kanakia Spaces from here. Most of our day is spent looking at site plans and talking to contractors on the phone. It’s a lot of back-and-forth, making sure everyone is on the same page. The office itself is pretty plain. We have some sturdy desks, a lot of folders, and usually a few site helmets sitting in the corner. It’s a practical space meant for getting work done, not for showing off. We’ve lived and worked around here long enough to know the local pace. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, so we just take a break and chat with the neighbors until it comes back on. It’s a very human way of working. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. We just come in, check the lists, and try to make sure the buildings are going up the way they are supposed to. It’s a steady job and we take it one day at a time.
