Our office is over in Kandivali East, tucked inside Shingh Estate on Road Number 3. It’s near Samtanagar, which is a fairly quiet residential part of the neighborhood. We are located in A1/503. It’s a basic setup, really just a place where we can sit down and focus on the technical side of our projects. Working in property development means we deal with a lot of maps, permits, and endless spreadsheets. There’s always someone calling about a delivery or a site update. We don’t really have a big corporate vibe here. Most of the time, it’s just a few of us drinking tea and trying to figure out the best way to handle the next phase of a build. The afternoons can get a bit warm, but we keep the fans going and stay busy with the filing. We’ve been part of this community for a while, and we like the fact that we aren't in some massive, cold office building. It feels more personal this way. We don't spend much time on fancy marketing or anything like that. Most people find out about us because they see our name on a board at a construction site or a neighbor mentions us. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes things get delayed, which is just how it goes in this industry. We just keep moving forward and try to keep everything on track.
