Kalyaniwalla & Mistry

Kalyaniwalla & Mistry is located in the Fountain area of Mumbai, which is pretty much the heart of the old business district. We are on the 5th Floor of the Kalpataru Heritage building at 127, M G Road. This part of Mumbai has a very specific feel to it, with all the old architecture and the sound of the city. The Kalpataru Heritage building is one of those places that has been around for a long time. Our office on the fifth floor is where everything happens. We don't have a modern, glass-walled office. Instead, it’s a space that feels solid and established. There are desks everywhere and the walls are lined with shelves full of old records and new files. We spend our days here at Fountain, looking out over M G Road. The work we do is straightforward, and we don't try to dress it up with fancy language. It’s just us, sitting at our desks, going through the accounts or whatever paperwork is on hand. Being in South Mumbai means we are surrounded by history, but our focus is strictly on the tasks we have to complete. The lift in the building can be a bit temperamental sometimes, but it gets us where we need to go. We just show up, do the work, and try to stay on top of the piles of paper. There’s a lot of tradition in this area, and we are just another part of the daily life on M G Road. We keep it simple and keep working.
