We are located at unit number 8 in the Kuntal Modi Industrial Estate, which is right on LBS Marg in Ghatkopar. Being near the Ghatkopar Police Station makes it easy for people to find us. Our work at Kalpesh Synthetics is mostly about the production and handling of synthetic materials. The industrial estate is a busy place with lots of other businesses crammed in together. Our space is filled with rolls of fabric and the smell of the warehouse. It’s not the cleanest or most modern looking place, but it serves its purpose. We have a few machines that run most of the day, and a small office area where we handle the paperwork. Sometimes it gets a bit hot in there during the summer months, but we have a few fans going to keep things moving. We aren't a big flashy company. It’s mostly just a family-run feel where everyone knows their job. We’ve seen Ghatkopar change a lot over the years, with new buildings going up all around LBS Marg. Through all that, we’ve just stayed here doing our thing. We don't have a website that’s updated every day or anything like that. Most of our customers just call us on the landline or drop by the estate if they are in the neighborhood. It’s a very traditional way of working, and it keeps us going.
