Kalpataru Group

You can find Kalpataru Group at Room No.2, Chawl No.7, which is part of Gomes Chawl. We are located behind the Jain Mandir in Kurar Village, Malad East, Mumbai 400 097. If you know Malad, you know that Kurar Village is a very tight-knit and busy area. Our office is right there in the middle of it. It’s a chawl, so space is tight, but it’s a very lively environment. There’s always someone walking past the door or children playing in the alleyway. The Jain Mandir is the best landmark to use if you are looking for us. We have a small desk and some stools for when people stop by. It’s not air-conditioned or fancy. We use a couple of fans to keep the air moving. It’s a humble place, but it’s where all our work gets started. Being in a chawl means we are close to the community. We don't act like some big corporate firm because we aren't one. We are just local people working in construction and related fields. The noise from the village is constant, but you stop noticing it after a while. It’s an honest place to work. We keep our records in a few metal cupboards and mostly talk to people face-to-face. That’s just how things are done here in Kurar. It’s simple, it’s local, and it’s where we belong. It might be a small room, but it covers everything we need.
