Kalpataru Group

Kalpataru Group is based at Flat No 306 in Tapasya Co-Op-Hsg. This is located in Yashodhannagar, specifically Pada No 2 in Lokmanyanagar, Thane West. It is a residential building, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We like it that way. You have to walk through the main gate of the housing society to find us. It’s a quiet neighborhood mostly, which is a relief from the Thane traffic. We have a small setup in the flat. There’s a kitchen where we make tea and a living area where we sit and talk about our projects. It’s not corporate at all. We know the neighbors and the security guards. Working from a co-op housing society means we have to follow the local rules, so we keep things low-key. We don't have a big neon sign or anything. Most of our work is done on the phone or through meetings outside. When we are here, it’s about getting the accounts and the planning sorted out. It’s a comfortable space to work in. Sometimes the kids are playing outside in the building compound and you can hear them. It’s just a regular life here. We aren't some massive entity with hundreds of employees in this office. It’s just a small group of us handling things from Flat 306. It’s practical and it keeps our overhead low.
