Kalpataru Construction

Kalpataru Construction is right here in Kalwa (W). We are at 9/5, Shri Saibaba Nagar. It's on the Mumbai Poona Road, so it gets quite busy. I've spent many mornings just watching the traffic go by from the entrance. It's not a fancy office, just a place where we get our work done. Most people know the area because of the Nagar nearby. We've been around for a while. Sometimes the noise from the road makes it hard to talk, but you get used to it after a few months. Being in Kalwa is convenient for us. We don't really have a big reception area or anything like that. People just drop by when they need something. The address is easy to find if you know the landmark. We usually have a few files stacked up on the desks and the fan is always running because it gets hot in Mumbai. It's just a regular local spot. We do construction work, mostly around this part of town. The building isn't new, but it's sturdy. I think being on the ground floor helps people find us easier. There’s a tea stall not too far away where we usually go for breaks. That’s pretty much how a normal day looks for us at Shri Saibaba Nagar. Nothing too complicated or special, just a small business trying to keep up with the projects we have on hand.
