We’re located over in Matunga East, right opposite Maheshwari Garden at Mohan Niwas. It’s a busy part of the city with people always moving about. We’ve been at this spot for quite a while now, focusing on phones and communication setups for the locals. The building has that old Matunga feel to it, which we really like. People often drop in after walking through the garden to ask about a repair. We deal with a lot of wiring and older phone systems that still need maintenance. It can get pretty loud outside with the traffic and the buses, but inside we’re usually focused on testing lines or fixing a handset. It's not a shiny new showroom with glass walls. It’s more of a cluttered workspace where things actually happen. We know the people around here well. Sometimes someone comes in just because their landline is acting up or they need a specific type of cable they can't find anywhere else. We don’t do big advertising or anything like that. Most people just see our sign at Plot 472/5. We have a lot of old equipment manuals and spare parts sitting on the shelves. It’s honest work. We spend our days making sure people stay connected to their families and businesses. Sometimes the heavy rain makes getting to sites a bit of a challenge, but we always manage to get there eventually. We aren’t a huge company. We just know our way around telecommunication systems and keep things moving.
