Insule Products has its base of operations at No. 168 on C. S. T. Road in Kalina, over in Santacruz East. If you know Mumbai, you know that C. S. T. Road is a major hub for all kinds of industrial and automotive parts. Our place is right in the middle of all that activity. We deal with various types of insulation materials and related products. It is a practical business, and our office and storage area reflect that. We don't have any polished marble floors or fancy receptions. It is mostly shelves and desks where we handle the daily paperwork and customer inquiries. The traffic on C. S. T. Road can be a nightmare sometimes, especially when we are trying to load or unload goods, but we have gotten used to the rhythm of the city. We have been in Santacruz East for a long time, and we know many of the other business owners on this stretch. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or factory owners who need specific insulation for their projects. We try to keep a good variety of items in stock so people don’t have to wait. It is a straightforward, honest business. We just focus on getting the products out the door and keeping our customers satisfied with what they buy. Kalina is a convenient spot for us, and we are happy to be working from here.
