Kajiva Construction

You can find us over at Sai Darshan Tower in the Sai Kurpa Complex. We are in C 104, which is located in the Kashimira area of Thane. Being in the construction business, we are used to a bit of dust and noise, even in the office. Thane is growing so fast, and you can see it happening all around us. Our office isn't one of those high-tech places with glass walls and fancy coffee machines. It’s a functional space where we keep our plans and records. There’s usually a few files stacked up and some maps of the local area on the wall. The complex is often busy with people coming and going. We’ve been based in this tower for some time now. It’s a good landmark for people trying to find us. Sometimes the elevator is slow, or the hallway is a bit dark, but it’s our home base. We don't spend much on decorating or trying to look like a big international firm. We are just Kajiva Construction, working out of a room in Thane. The traffic around Kashimira can be a headache, so we usually get in early to start the day. It’s a simple life of managing projects and making sure things are moving along. We like the local feel of the neighborhood and the people we see every day. There is always a lot of movement around the complex which keeps things interesting for us.
