Kajiva Construction Company Pvt. Ltd. is located right beside the agricultural workshop in Palahani, Azamgarh. It's a pretty easy landmark to find if you're in the area. We’ve been set up here for some time now. The office is right there next to the workshop, which is handy because there's always something happening nearby. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we manage our construction projects. Azamgarh is a good place to work out of. Most of our crew lives nearby, so we know the roads and the people around here pretty well. We aren't trying to be some huge international company. We just do our work and go home. Some days are longer than others, especially when a big project is wrapping up. We keep our paperwork in order and try to stay on top of the schedule. If you come by, you'll see we're just regular people. We don't use much corporate talk. We just discuss what needs building and how to get it done. It can be a bit dusty sometimes with the workshop next door, but we don't mind. It feels like a real place to work. We’ve been part of this community for a bit, and we plan to stay right here in Palahani. We just keep building things, one day at a time.
