Kajale Construction

We have been working out of C1-32 in the Marol Police Camp area for a while now. If you know Marol Maroshi Road, you know it gets quite busy with all the traffic and people moving around Mumbai. Our spot here is just a regular office where we keep our papers and talk about upcoming building work. Construction is mostly just about getting the materials right and making sure the labor shows up on time. It is not always easy with the dust and the weather in Maharashtra, but we manage to stay on track. Most days involve looking at drawings or heading out to see how the site is doing. We don't have a fancy setup with glass walls or anything. It’s just us sitting around a table with some tea, trying to figure out the best way to get the walls up or the foundation poured. People around here know where to find us if they need something done. We try to keep things straightforward. No one likes a complicated explanation when they just want to know when the roof will be finished. Sometimes the monsoons slow things down, which is just part of living in this city. We just wait it out and get back to it when the rain stops. It’s a job like any other, focused on bricks and cement and making sure the measurements are okay. We’ve been at this address long enough that the local shopkeepers know our names.
