Kabra Travel Services

We’re tucked away in the Ijmima Complex at Raheja Meroplex, room 834, over in Malad West. It’s right on Link Road, behind the Goregaon Sports Club, so it can be a bit of a walk from the main gate. Kabra Travel Services is where we spend our days. It’s a standard office setup with plenty of monitors and desks pushed together. We handle a lot of the nitty-gritty details that come with travel planning. It’s not all holidays and sunshine; there’s a lot of boring paperwork and waiting on hold with airlines. We’ve got a small team here. We usually have lunch together or just eat at our desks when it’s really busy. The building is quite large, so we see a lot of other businesses around us. We aren't doing anything fancy. We just take the info, find the options, and let people know what’s what. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up some bookings before the systems refresh. It can be tiring, but it’s what we do. We don't use a lot of jargon. If a flight is full, we say it's full. We keep it honest and direct. The office gets a bit cluttered with all the travel documents and folders, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical business in a busy part of Mumbai. We just keep our heads down and do the work day in and day out. It’s mostly about keeping the computers running.
