Our office is tucked away in the Kavita Co-Op Housing Society. It’s in building B, room 401. We are located right behind Vijay Park in Kasarvadali. Thane West is a busy area, especially along G.B. Road, but being inside a housing society makes it a little quieter than being right on the main street. Kabra Builders & Developers Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this space for some time. It’s more of a functional office than a showroom. We have our files, our computers, and enough chairs for whoever stops by. Kasarvadali has changed quite a bit with all the new developments and towers, but this society stays pretty much the same. We know the security guards at the gate and the regular people walking around. It’s a very local feel. We don't have a big neon sign or anything flashy outside. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they know the area well already. Working out of B-401 means we are part of the neighborhood. It’s practical for us. We handle the building and development side of things from here, mostly focused on the paperwork and planning stages. It’s just us, working hard every day. Nothing too special about the office itself, it’s just where we get our work done and drink our tea. Sometimes the lift is slow, so we just take the stairs to the fourth floor.
