We are based in Malad West, inside the Ijmima Complex. Our unit numbers are 823 and 824. It is located right behind the Goregaon Sports Club, which is a big landmark around here. The Rahejas Metroplex is also close by on the Link Road. We have been working out of this office for quite some time now. It’s mostly just us dealing with jewelry day in and day out. It’s not a very fancy place, just some desks and some chairs. We spend a lot of our time looking at gold and precious stones. The office can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of stock coming in. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most of our work comes from people we have known for years. The Link Road traffic is usually quite heavy, so it takes a while for our workers to get here in the morning. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the orders we have. It’s a lot of manual work and counting things carefully. Sometimes we stay late when there is a big deadline. We don't have a big corporate team, just a small group of people who know the trade. The windows look out over the complex. It’s a busy environment but we are used to the noise by now. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
