K S Associates

Our office is right there in D'Cunha House, just on the first floor across from the Mahalaxmi Station. If you know Jacob Circle, you know it is a hectic place to be. K S Associates has been operating out of here for a while now. You can hear the trains passing by all day, which took some getting used to at first. The space isn't huge, just enough for our desks and a few filing cabinets that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time on the phone or going through documents. It is mostly standard office stuff, nothing too exciting to talk about. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs more often than we’d like. It keeps us moving though. We keep things pretty simple here. Usually, there is a tea vendor nearby that we visit a couple of times a day. We deal with various associates and clients who drop by, often complaining about the traffic around the circle. It is just how it is in this part of town. We are not trying to be anything we aren't. Just a small team trying to stay organized and get through the pile of work on our desks before the sun goes down. It is a bit dusty with all the construction nearby, but we manage. Most days are just about keeping up with the schedule and making sure no one forgets any paperwork.
