K Raheja Universal

If you are looking for us, we are over at D07/802, Sagar Darshan in Sector 18, Nerul. Being in Navi Mumbai near the water is nice, though we spend most of our time inside looking at documents for K Raheja Universal. The apartment block is pretty quiet for the most part, which helps when we have a lot of work to catch up on. You can see other buildings and a bit of the sky from the window. It is a simple setup with a few tables and chairs. We aren't a big flashy corporate office. It is more of a place where we can sit down and focus without too much noise. Nerul is a good area, and we have been in this sector for a while. We go down for lunch at the local spots nearby, or sometimes we just bring stuff from home and eat while we work. The fan overhead clicks a bit when it's on high, but we don't mind it. It’s just the sound of the day passing by. There is always a bit of a breeze coming off the coast if the windows are open. We keep our records in stacks and try to keep the dust off them. It isn't a complicated life. We come in, check the messages, handle the property matters, and try to stay on top of the schedule. It is just a regular day-to-day operation in a regular neighborhood. (248 words)
