K Raheja Universal

K Raheja Universal is the name, but we are based out of Sanpada in Navi Mumbai. Specifically, we are at C-201 in the Sai Sangat housing society. It’s in Sector 3. If you know Navi Mumbai, you know Sanpada is a pretty busy place these days with all the new buildings coming up. We are just in a regular residential society. It’s a nice building and the neighbors are friendly. We’ve got our office set up in one of the flats. It’s easier that way because everything we need is right there. No need for a big glass building in a commercial park. We do our work, talk to people, and handle the paperwork from here. The sector is easy to navigate once you get off the main road. Sometimes the elevators in the building are a bit slow, but we don't mind the wait. It gives us a chance to talk to people living there. We aren't trying to be something we are not. We just provide a place for people to come and talk to us about property and buildings. It is a bit crowded with files sometimes. We try to keep it organized but you know how it goes when things get busy. We’ve been in Sai Sangat for a while now and it feels like a good base for us. Navi Mumbai is growing and we are just happy to be a small part of it.
