K Raheja Universal Pvt Ltd.

We are based out of 6/603, Tulsivihar CHS in the Tulsidham Complex, right off Ghodbunder Road in Thane. If you know Thane, you know how busy Ghodbunder Road has become over the years. Our office for K Raheja Universal Pvt Ltd. is inside the residential complex, so it feels a bit more like a home than a stiff workplace. We have the 6th floor view, which is mostly other buildings and the hills in the distance when it isn't too hazy. The office is full of files and computers, and there is usually a printer running somewhere in the background. We have a small kitchen area where we keep our lunch boxes. It is a pretty steady environment. We don't have any big meetings with fancy slides. We mostly just talk across the desks to each other to get things sorted. The commute can be a bit of a nightmare with the Thane traffic, but once we are inside Tulsivihar, it is relatively peaceful. We have been here for a while and know the security guards and the neighbors. It is a practical way to run things. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor. We just want to make sure the records are straight and the projects are moving along like they should. It is just a group of us working through the week, waiting for the monsoon to cool things down or for the weekend to arrive. (249 words)
