Our location for K. Raheja Universal Ltd. is in Ghatkopar [West], specifically at Narayan Bhawsar Chawl 10B/2. We are up on Kaju Hill, near the Pipe Line area. It’s a very local part of Mumbai 400084. If you live around here, you know that the hill can be a bit of a climb, but the view isn't bad. We operate out of this chawl space, which is quite different from the big offices you see in the city center. It’s a humble spot, but it’s where we do all our work. We have a lot of neighbors close by, so there’s always something going on outside the door. Kids playing or people going to the market. We keep our operations simple and focused. There’s no big lobby or polished floors here. We just have our equipment and our paperwork. We spend our time managing the business needs and making sure everything is recorded correctly. It’s a hands-on kind of environment. Sometimes we have to deal with the typical issues of an older building, like a leaky tap or a creaky door, but we just fix it and move on. We don't make a big deal out of what we do. We just show up every day and put in the hours. It’s a practical place for practical people. We’ve been in this part of Ghatkopar for a while and we like the community feel of the hill.
