K. Raheja Corp

K. Raheja Corp is situated over in Kalyan (East), specifically in the Thane District. Our office is inside the Poonam Apartment building at No. 11. It’s right in Hanuman Nagar, which is near the Katemanevai area. It’s a pretty standard apartment block, which makes it feel very grounded and real. We don't have a big corporate sign or anything like that out front to show off. Most of our neighbors are just regular families or other small businesses like ours. We like the atmosphere in Kalyan quite a bit. It’s a bit away from the main rush of Mumbai, but it’s still plenty busy every day. We spend our days at Poonam Apartment keeping track of our different projects and staying on top of things. The space is a bit tight sometimes with all the files and people coming and going, but we make it work just fine for what we need. We have been here long enough that we know the local shops and the folks around Hanuman Nagar by name. It’s an honest way to work, being right in the heart of a residential area instead of a cold office park. We don't use any fancy language to describe ourselves or what we do. We are just K. Raheja Corp, and this is where we do our daily jobs. If you are looking for us, just head to the East side of Kalyan and look for the Poonam building. It’s a straightforward place for people who just want to get the paperwork finished.
