K Raheja Corp

K Raheja Corp is located at 203 in the K J Somaiya Trust building, specifically at R/4/5 on the 7th Pipe Line Road in New Tilak Nagar, Mumbai. This area is a bit of a maze if you aren't familiar with the layout of Tilak Nagar. The 7th Pipe Line Road is a narrow stretch that gets very busy with pedestrians and local delivery bikes. Our office at number 89 is a place where we get a lot of things sorted out. It is a modest space within the Somaiya Trust property. We have a lot of shelves filled with old files and blueprints that have been collected over time. The atmosphere is very functional, with the hum of the city always present in the background. New Tilak Nagar has a very specific vibe, being a mix of older residential blocks and small commercial units. We don't have a shiny corporate entrance. Instead, you just walk up the stairs and find us working away at our desks. There is a certain rhythm to life here, from the morning chai delivery to the sound of the trains nearby. We keep things simple and avoid any unnecessary fluff in how we run the place. The desk surfaces are usually a bit worn from use, and the lighting is just standard office tubes. We like being in this part of Mumbai because it feels grounded and real. Every day is about managing the tasks that come our way.
