K. Raheja Corp Pvt. Ltd is located right here in Tushar Building. If you know where Madhavashram Hall is in Dombivali (E), then you’ve probably walked past us a few times already. It’s a busy part of town, especially when there’s a wedding or a function at the hall nearby. We keep things pretty low-key around here. The office isn't anything special to look at, but it works for what we need. We spend most of our time dealing with the usual administrative things that come up. Sometimes the rains make the street outside a bit messy, but that’s just how it is in this area. We’ve got a small team and everyone knows each other’s names. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you just walk in and talk to whoever is free at the moment. It’s a practical way to run a business. We like being in Dombivali because it feels like a real community. People are always moving about and there’s a good energy to the place. We try to be helpful when people come in with questions. It’s not about being the biggest name out there, it’s just about doing a decent job every day. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and we’re quite settled in. The Tushar Building has its quirks, like the elevator being slow, but we don't mind much.
