K Raheja Builders

K Raheja Builders operates from B/31 in the Sharavasti building, right across from the Inorbit Mall on Link Road in Malad West, Mumbai. This part of the city is always moving, with cars and people constantly passing by the front of the building. Being near Inorbit means there is a lot of noise and energy, which is typical for Mumbai life. Our permanent address at 400064 is where we handle all our administrative work and meet with anyone who needs to see us. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space with desks, some old chairs, and piles of documents related to our building projects. Link Road is a major artery, so we spend a lot of time watching the traffic crawl by from our windows. The Sharavasti building has been there for quite a while and has that lived-in feel that many Mumbai properties do. We don't use any high-end marketing tricks here; we just sit down and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the elevator is slow, so we end up taking the stairs, which is fine. The local shops nearby are where we get our stationery and snacks. It is a very practical location for us because it is easy for people to find, even if the traffic makes it a bit of a struggle to reach during rush hour. We just keep our heads down and stay busy at B/31.
