K. R. Lotlikar & Asso.

You can find us up on the sixth floor of Mahalaxmi Tower. We are in suite 602. The building is on Sozar Road in the Amboli part of Andheri West. It is a busy area, as anyone who lives in Mumbai knows. There is always someone honking outside or a crowd at the station nearby. We have been working as K. R. Lotlikar & Asso. for quite a while. It is mostly us sitting at our desks dealing with the daily grind of paperwork and client requests. The office has a good view of the street below, which is nice when you need a break from looking at the screen. We have a few old plants that we sometimes forget to water. It is not a corporate vibe at all. We just show up, do the work, and go home. We talk a lot about local news and the traffic on the way in. The lift in the tower is a bit slow, so we end up chatting with the other people in the building while we wait for it to arrive. We don't spend much on decorating the place. We would rather have good computers and comfortable chairs since we spend so much time in them. It is a straightforward business. We don't use fancy talk or try to sound more important than we are. If you need something, we just tell you how it is and what we can do. Most of our clients have been with us for years.
