K Modi & Company

Our office is in Ghatkopar West, specifically at 902/D in the Presidential Towers. It’s on LBS Marg, right across from R City Mall. K Modi & Company is where we spend our days. Being near the mall is handy for lunch, but the traffic on LBS Marg can be a real headache sometimes. We’ve been operating from this 400086 location for some time. We handle a variety of professional services here. It’s a lot of paperwork, meetings, and phone calls. The office is organized, but it definitely looks like a place where people actually work, with stacks of files and sticky notes everywhere. We aren't trying to sound like a giant multinational firm. We are just a local company doing our best for our clients. We have a small staff, and we all know each other's names. Most of our clients come from the nearby areas, though some travel from further away. We don’t have a polished marketing pitch. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. It’s a practical way of running things. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the commute tough, but we still make sure someone is here to answer the door. It’s a steady business. We show up, help out with whatever needs doing, and keep things moving. It’s not flashy, but it works for us and for the people who come to see us at Presidential Towers.
