You can find K. M. Patel & Co. right near the Reay Road station at Plot No. 91-A. Being so close to the station means there is a constant sound of trains and people moving about. It is a very industrial part of the city. Our building is old and has that specific character you only find in these older plots. We have a lot of metal and heavy equipment around the place. The office is tucked away in a corner to keep the noise down a bit. We’ve been operating from this spot for quite some time now. The walls are lined with old ledgers and some newer computers. It is a busy environment where we are always dealing with shipments or local contractors. The air smells a bit like salt and old iron sometimes. We don't have much in the way of fancy furniture; it is all very functional and worn in. We start the day early when the first trains arrive and stay until the work is finished. It is a steady place to work. Everyone knows their job and we don't need much supervision to get things done. Sometimes the rain makes the yard a bit muddy, but we just put on our boots and keep going. It’s a hard-working atmosphere where we value getting the job done over looking polished. Being at Plot 91-A puts us right where we need to be for our business.
