You can find us at A-205 in the Synthofine Industrial Estate. It’s located just off Aarey Road, tucked behind the Virwani Industrial Estate in Goregaon East. The area is full of small factories and warehouses. Getting here can be a bit of a maze if you don't know the turns between the different estates. Our unit is on the second floor. It’s a functional space with some machines and a lot of raw materials. We do manufacturing work, so things can get a bit messy with grease and scraps on the floor. It’s not the kind of place you’d come for a fancy meeting. We usually just have some chai and talk about the day’s production goals in the corner. The windows look out over other rooftops in the estate. We’ve been here long enough that we don't really notice the heat or the noise anymore. There’s a lot of heavy lifting involved in our daily routine. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have been working together for years. We stay busy with the local orders that come through. It’s a decent spot for a business like K K Incorporation because everything we need is nearby. We just focus on the machines and making sure everything is running right before we head home at the end of the shift. Most of our neighbors are doing similar work, so it feels like a community of sorts.
