If you come to the 3rd floor of Shroff House in Panchvati, near Grant Road, that’s where you’ll find our office. It’s an old building, but it has a lot of character and suits us fine. We have been here on Sleate for quite a while now. The elevator is a bit slow, so we often end up taking the stairs. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of desks and a lot of paper everywhere. We do everything from small renovations to bigger builds. It’s a bit of a trek to some of our sites, but being centrally located helps a lot with getting around. We are usually here from early morning until the sun goes down, just working through the technical drawings. It’s a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We don’t have fancy brochures or a big marketing team. Most of our day is spent looking at screens or talking to people on the phone about plumbing or electrical layouts. It’s a practical kind of job. We like the neighborhood because everything we need is right around the corner. If you drop by, you’ll probably find us mid-discussion over a floor plan. We keep things simple and try to be honest about what can and can’t be done with a space. Sometimes the lights flicker a bit, but we are used to it and it doesn't bother us much.
