Jyoti Auto Spares

Jyoti Auto Spares is located in the Pestom Sagar Building area of Chembur. We are near the Reti Bun spot, which is a place many drivers and mechanics know well. Our shop is full of all kinds of parts for cars and bikes. If you walk in, you’ll see shelves reaching up to the ceiling with boxes of spark plugs, filters, and cables. It’s a bit dusty and we often have grease on our clothes from handling the parts. We’ve been here for a long time, and most of our customers are locals who live nearby or mechanics from the small garages in Chembur. We don't have a computer system to track everything; we just know where things are kept on the shelves. If we don't have something, we can usually get it by the next day. It’s a small shop, so there isn’t much room to move around when a few people are inside at once. My brother and I run the place together. We open early because that’s when the mechanics start their work. We don't do any repairs ourselves, we just supply the spares. It is a simple business. We sit on small stools behind the counter and wait for the next person to come in with a broken part in their hand. It’s a busy neighborhood and there’s always something happening on the street outside. We keep it honest and just try to sell the right parts.
