Markaz International

Our office is inside Firdous Apartments, specifically in 302/A. We are right on Gulmohar Road in the JVPD area, which is a pretty well-known part of the city. It’s more of a residential-feeling spot compared to some of the industrial blocks, so it’s a bit quieter here, though the main road still gets its fair share of cars. Markaz International has been operating out of this apartment for quite some time. It feels less like a sterile office and more like a place where real work happens in a comfortable environment. We have our main room where the phones stay busy, and a back area for all the records we keep. The walk up to the third floor is fine, and the neighbors in the building are mostly quiet families or other small setups like ours. You can see the trees lining Gulmohar Road from our window, which is a nice change from just seeing concrete. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights outside. Most people who come to see us already know where they are going. We just sit here, drink our coffee, and handle the day-to-day business that comes our way. It’s a simple arrangement that works for us. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't, just a group of people working out of a decent space in a good neighborhood.
