If you have ever been to Sakinaka in Mumbai, you know how the traffic is. It’s loud and there is always someone honking. We are right in the middle of all that at Shiv Mangal Market, near the Shiv Prabha building. Our shop is number 8. It’s a tight space but we manage to fit all the equipment in there somehow. The walls are a bit peeling from the monsoon moisture, but we don't mind it much. The Sakinaka Line Road is always busy with people moving stuff back and forth. Asalpha isn't exactly a quiet neighborhood, but it’s where all the action is for businesses like Jvc Equipments. We don’t have a big showroom. It’s more of a place where we keep the gear and talk to people who come in. The floor is concrete and there are tools lying around usually. We handle various types of equipment, mostly just heavy stuff that needs to be moved carefully. Sometimes it gets really hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans running at full speed. People stop by to ask questions or check on their orders. We don't use any fancy sales talk here. If we have what you need, we tell you. If we don’t, we see when we can get it. It’s just how business is done around here. We’ve been in this market for a while now and know most of the other shop owners. It’s a community of people just trying to get through the day and get the work done.
