JUPITER CABLE INDUSTRIES is located over in Mazgaon at 11-A, Sitafalwadi. We are in Gala No. 2 and 3, right on Dr Mascarenhans Road. If you know Mazgaon, you know the streets are narrow and always full of people and activity. Our galas are on the ground floor, which makes it easy to move things in and out, but it also means we hear everything happening on the street. There’s always the sound of horns or people shouting to each other. It’s a lively place, for sure. Inside, it’s a bit cramped with all the materials and the desks, but we make it work. We’ve been at this spot for JUPITER CABLE INDUSTRIES for a long time now. The walls are a bit stained from the dampness during the monsoon, and the ceiling fan makes a clicking noise that we’ve all learned to ignore. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything; the front door opens right into the workspace. Dr Mascarenhans Road is always busy, so getting a parking spot anywhere near Sitafalwadi is almost impossible. Most of us just take public transport or walk from the station. We eat our lunch together at a small table in the back. It’s not a glamorous setup, but it’s ours and it’s where we do our business every day without any fuss. It’s just a regular Mazgaon workshop vibe through and through, where people work hard and go home tired.
