We are based in the Majestic Shopping Centre at 144 Girgaon Road, specifically in unit 302. Girgaon is a hectic place, and the shopping center is no different. There are people moving in every direction all day long. Our office at Jugraj Tejraj Agency is a place where we handle a lot of distribution and wholesale stuff. It’s a bit of a climb to the third floor, but there is an elevator that works most of the time. The space is filled with desks, landline phones that never stop ringing, and stacks of invoices. We aren't trying to be some high-tech startup. We still use physical ledgers for a lot of things because it’s what we know works. The windows look out onto the street, and the noise of the horns is just part of our background music. We have a few guys who handle the loading down in the basement, and they’re always running back and forth with lists. It’s a busy, cramped, and noisy environment, but we wouldn't know what to do with ourselves in a quiet office. We’ve been in this building for years, and we know all the other shop owners. It’s a community of people just trying to get through their daily tasks and make a living. No frills, just hard work and a lot of tea to keep us going.
