Jsw Steel Ltd. (Jindal Group)

We work out of 1301 Falcon Crest Chs, which is on New Link Road in Borivali West, Mumbai. We are right near the Aura Restaurant in the Yogi Nagar area. It’s a busy part of the city, and being on the 13th floor gives us a bit of a view, though we are usually too busy to look out the window. This is the Mumbai office for Jsw Steel Ltd., which is part of the Jindal Group. The space is a bit tight, as you’d expect in Mumbai, but we make it work. There are files everywhere and people are always talking on their phones. We handle a lot of the coordination and sales from this spot. It’s not a shiny showroom; it’s a working office where we deal with the reality of the steel trade. The commute in Mumbai can be a nightmare, so we are often here late or getting in early to beat the traffic. We don't use any fancy language or try to sound more important than we are. We just take the orders, check the prices, and make sure the deliveries are scheduled. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, or it gets noisy with the traffic outside, but that’s just life in Borivali. We know our regulars and we try to keep things simple. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of talk about steel and logistics for the local market.
