Jsw Energy Ratnagiri Limited

Our office is tucked away in Nandiwade, which is a small village near Jaigad in the Ratnagiri district. Being out here in coastal Maharashtra means dealing with a lot of humidity and some really heavy rain during the monsoon months. We are part of Jsw Energy Ratnagiri Limited. The site is pretty massive, and you can see the water from some parts of the facility. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here from the main town, so most of us stay close by or use the company transport. We aren't doing anything complicated to explain; we just keep the plant running. The locals know us well because we've been part of the scenery for a while. Sometimes the salt air makes things rust faster than they should, so maintenance is a constant thing. It's not a flashy office or anything like that. We have our desks, our computers, and the control rooms. We drink a lot of local tea and try to stay cool when the sun is out. It gets quiet at night, except for the sound of the equipment. Working here means you get used to the rhythm of the village and the industrial pace mixed together. It’s just what we do. We aren't looking for awards, just making sure the power gets where it needs to go. Most of the guys here have been on the team for years and know every corner of the place.
