Our office is on the 4th floor of Lealico House. It’s tucked away on Prof. U.S. Agashe Marg in Dadar West, which is always a busy spot. If you’ve ever been to Mumbai, you know how Dadar can be. It’s constant movement. We have been manufacturing stuff here for a long time. The space is filled with files, samples, and the sound of people talking on phones. It’s a proper working environment. We don't have those fancy modern glass walls you see in new buildings. Instead, we have solid desks and shelves that have seen a lot of years. Being in Dadar means we are right in the heart of things. Getting to work involves navigating the crowds near the station, which keeps you on your toes. Joseph Leslie Dynamiks has grown over the years, but we still feel like a local operation in many ways. The staff knows each other well. We eat lunch together and complain about the traffic or the humidity like everyone else in Maharashtra. Our focus is just on the manufacturing process and making sure the orders go out when they should. There is a lot of back and forth between the office and the factory floor. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s honest work. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations. We’d rather just show the actual products we make and let them speak for themselves.
