We are located in Mumbai, specifically at 601/C in the Arjun N.L. Complex in Anand Nagar, Dahisar East. Mumbai is a crowded place, and Dahisar is no different. The complex is a busy spot, and we are up on the sixth floor. Being property consultants for Jones Lang Lasalle Meghraj means we are always looking at different places and dealing with people. It’s not a glamorous job like you might think. There is a lot of traveling around in the heat and sitting in traffic. Our office is just a regular workspace. We have files everywhere and the phones are always ringing. We don’t have a fancy reception area. People just come in, we talk, and we see what needs to be done. We try to be helpful and just give it to people straight. No big marketing talk or empty promises here. We know the Mumbai property market can be a headache, so we just try to make it a bit simpler for whoever walks through our door. It’s a small team and we’ve been here for a bit now. We don’t pretend to be anything we’re not. We just show up, do the work, and go home like everyone else. It’s a tough city but we enjoy the work and the people we meet every day. Dahisar East is our home base and it suits us just fine.
