Johnson & Johnson Limited

We are tucked away in Mahim, specifically at A/32 Mangireesh on L J Road. If you know Mumbai, you know how hectic L J Road can get. There’s a constant stream of cars and the sound of horns is just something we’ve grown used to. Our office here isn't one of those massive skyscrapers. It’s a bit more grounded. We work for Johnson & Johnson Limited, which is a big name, but our daily reality is just a few of us in a room with a lot of files. We deal with the healthcare side of things, making sure products get where they need to go. The building is older, and sometimes the elevator is a bit finicky, so we take the stairs. It keeps us moving, I guess. We have our tea breaks and we talk about the cricket scores or the latest movie. It’s a very human atmosphere. We don't have a corporate script we follow when we talk to people. We just try to be helpful and get the paperwork processed without too many errors. Mumbai life is fast, and we just do our part to keep things ticking along. It's not always glamorous, especially when it's pouring rain and the street outside is a mess, but we show up and get to it. We've seen a lot of businesses come and go on L J Road while we've stayed right here. It’s just how things go. We don't overthink it much, we just stay focused on the day's chores.
