Working at Johnson House on Senapati Bapat Marg is always interesting because of the Mahim area. It’s a big old building, 64-66, right in the middle of everything. We’ve been here at Johnson And Johnson Limited for a long time. People think it’s all fancy meetings, but mostly it’s just us answering phones and checking lists. The street outside is always noisy with traffic, which you get used to after a week. We deal with a lot of different products here, from simple stuff you use at home to things for hospitals. It’s a lot to keep track of. The building itself has its own character. Sometimes the elevators are slow, but the view from the upper floors isn't bad. We aren't trying to be something we aren't; it's just a workplace where everyone has their own desk and a lot of work to finish by five. We see a lot of people coming in and out for deliveries and pickups. It gets pretty hectic around lunchtime when everyone heads out to the local spots nearby. We just keep our heads down and handle the distribution and the office work. It’s a solid place to be. We don't spend much time on fancy brochures. We just make sure the boxes move and the orders are right. Mahim is a busy part of town and we fit right in with the rest of the businesses along the road.
