We used to be over in Worli for a long time but things changed and we moved the whole setup to Khar West. It took a while to get everything sorted at Ag Pawar Lane. Now we are based in 31 Green Acre, which is a bit quieter than the old place. It is tucked away near Union Park. Being in this part of town feels different but we are getting used to the pace here. Most days are spent looking at floor plans or talking to folks about their homes. It isn't a huge office, just a practical space where we can sit down and draw. Sometimes we miss the old Worli spot but Khar has its own charm. The neighbors are nice and there is a decent tea stall nearby which helps when the work piles up. We keep busy with the usual architectural stuff, mostly residential work. There are plenty of old buildings around here that keep us thinking about how spaces work. Moving an office is a lot of physical work, packing up rolls of drawings and desks. We finally settled into this lane and it feels like home now. You can usually find us here during the day unless we are out at a site. It’s just how we run things, keeping it straightforward and local. No fancy frills, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of sketches lying around the room. It feels more like a real workshop than a corporate office.
