Strategic Building Systems Private Limited

We are up on the second level of the Dewan Center on S. V. Road. Strategic Building Systems Private Limited is what the sign says. Jogeshwari West is a busy part of town, and being right on the main road means there’s always a lot of noise and movement outside. Inside the office, it’s a bit quieter, but not by much. We do a lot of planning and looking at blueprints here. We’re not the type of office with glass walls and designer chairs. It’s more about desks piled with papers and rolls of drawings. We focus on the structural side of things, making sure buildings are put together right. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we’ve been doing it long enough that it’s second nature. We don’t use a lot of big words to explain what we do. We just help put buildings together. The office is a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Most of the time, someone is out at a site anyway. We’ve got a small team, and we all know each other well. It’s a practical environment. We don't have a receptionist; if the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. That’s just how we run things here. It’s simple and honest. We’ve been here for years and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot from our window. It's a good vantage point for seeing how the city grows.
