Abelin Polymers

We are located at No. 4 Premsons Industrial Estate. It’s on Caves Road. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite the Jain Mandir. It’s in Jogeshwari East. The estate is a big place with lots of different companies. We have our own little corner here. There’s a lot of plastic around. That’s what we deal with every day. The machines at Abelin Polymers are pretty loud. We have to speak up to hear each other. The air feels heavy sometimes. We have some big fans to move the air around. Jogeshwari East is a busy area to work in. Caves Road always has trucks parked along the side. It makes it hard to get into the estate sometimes. We have to wait for them to move. We start our shift and just get to work. There are bags of raw material stacked up against the walls. We have to be careful not to trip over them. The walls are painted a dull grey. They haven't been touched in a long time. We don't really care about how the place looks. We just care that the machines are running right. If something stops, we have to fix it fast. We take our breaks near the entrance. You can see the people going to the Mandir from there. It’s a bit of a contrast to the noise inside our unit. We work until the evening and then shut everything down. The silence feels strange after being in the noise all day at Premsons Industrial Estate.
