Job Discription

We are located in Room No. 555 inside the Roop Reyons Mills Compound. It’s on Parel Tank Road in the Jijamata Nagar area of Kalachowki. Mumbai is a crowded place, and our little corner in the old mill compound is no different. We call the business Job Discription, even if the spelling is a bit off from what you see in school books. It’s a small office where we handle a lot of the day-to-day hiring details for local shops. The building has a lot of history, and you can still feel that old industrial vibe when you walk through the gates. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't from around here, but once you see the mill compound, you’re almost there. We spend our time talking to people looking for work and writing down what the various businesses need. The fan in the corner makes a bit of a clicking sound, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We have a few old desks and some chairs for people to wait in. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we usually keep the door open to get a bit of a breeze from the hallway. We don't do anything flashy. It is just about getting people to the right places so they can earn a living. We’ve been here for a while and know most of the neighbors. It is just us in here.
