We are located in the Regal Diamond Centre, right on Tata Road No 1 in Girgaon, Mumbai. Specifically, we’re on the 3rd floor, room 301. Being in this building means we are surrounded by people in the diamond trade all day long. It’s a very specific kind of energy in this part of Mumbai City. At Jnbd Diamond Exim, we focus on the trade and export side of things. The office is often full of the sounds of people talking on phones and the rustle of paper. It’s a practical workspace, not a showroom. We spend our time checking weights, looking at how the stones look, and sorting out the logistics for shipping these items out. It’s a lot of responsibility because these things are small but valuable, so we have to be careful with every single package. The area outside is always crowded with people rushing to the stations or looking for a quick bite to eat. We’ve gotten used to the noise and the fast pace of the diamond district. Our day-to-day is mostly about staying on top of the market prices and making sure our export documents are 100% correct so nothing gets held up. It's not a fancy life, but it's a living, and we’ve built up a lot of experience being right here in the thick of it on Tata Road.
