J.K. Shah & Company(PACTIL), Mumbai

The name we go by is J.K. Shah & Company(PACTIL). We are based in Mumbai at Sheetal Niwas, which is on Plot number 81. Our office is on the first floor, in unit 9. This is in the Jain Society on Jain Temple Road in Sion West, East Mumbai. It is a quiet little pocket of the city. You can often hear the bells from the temple nearby. We’ve been here for a long time. The office is full of old wooden desks and stacks of papers. We handle a lot of different tasks, mostly related to our business services. It is not a modern glass building. It feels more like a home that turned into an office. We know all the people who live in the building. Sometimes the monsoon rain hits the windows pretty hard and we have to move the files away from the edges. We don't have a big corporate structure. It is just a few of us working together. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the news while we work. The neighborhood is nice because it’s a bit away from the main highway noise. Getting here is easy once you know the landmark of the temple. We don't really have a big sign outside. We just do our work and keep things moving for our clients. It is a humble place, but it has served us well over the years. We appreciate the slow pace.
