Getting to the office in Malad West can be a bit of a challenge with the Mumbai traffic, but once we’re up on the 5th floor of Aalind Fortuna, things settle down a bit. J.K. Arora Business Ventures Llp is located right opposite the Hotel Grand Hometel in the Mindspace area. It’s a busy part of the city, and there’s always something happening right outside our window. We spend our days managing various business interests and keeping track of the different ventures we’ve got going. It’s a lot of paperwork, phone calls, and meetings that sometimes go longer than they should. The office at A-501 isn't anything too crazy, just a functional space where we get our work done. We’ve got a small group of people here who have been working together for a while now. We know each other's habits, like who drinks the most tea or who’s always late because of the local train delays. It’s a practical environment. We don’t go for the high-pressure corporate vibe; we just try to stay organized and keep things moving without making a big fuss about it. Being in Mindspace means we are surrounded by all kinds of companies, but we try to keep our own rhythm. Sometimes we’re here late finishing up reports, and other times it’s a bit slower. That’s just the nature of what we do here in Mumbai.
